Scott Russell Sanders reads from a number of essays reflective of the theme of the festival, “Landscape and Literature.” Christopher Merrill facilitates the Q&A session after the reading; Sanders describes his relationship to nature and the Midwestern landscape, his writing process, and what initially led him to the process of essay writing after his accomplished career as a fiction writer.
